Warranty and VAT Policy:

This Product comes with 12 Months Seller Warranty.  The Warranty covers all manufacturing defects. However, it will be void if the device incurs physical or water damage. Additionally, damages caused by electrical failures, short circuits, battery-related issues, or unauthorized third-party interventions will invalidate the warranty. Postage costs for sending and receiving the item are the responsibility of the buyer. The minimum time required to resolve the issue or provide a replacement is 15 working days.

Please note that the item sold is subject to section 50A of the VAT Act 1994 and the VAT (Special Provisions) order 1995. VAT is calculated using margin scheme so cannot be claimed back.

Delivery:

We ship all our products via Royal Mail. Your item usually ships the same day if Payment is received/cleared before 15:00PM GMT Time. If Payment is received after 15:00PM GMT Time, the item will be shipped the next day. Our Warehouse is closed on the Weekends, so for any auctions won and paid for on the weekend, the order will be processed and shipped as first thing Monday Morning.

Returns:

Returns are accepted within 30 days of Purchase.  When Return Reason is "Purchased by Mistake" or "Changed Mind" :

• The Buyer is responsible for the returning shipping cost. 
• New items must be returned in their original sealed unopened packaging. 
• For items with manufacturer seal, the items should be returned with unbroken seal and intact. 

When Return Reason is "Defective" or "The Item is not as described": 

• Return Shipping is Free, you must return the item in the same condition as received. 
• You must also include all packaging as been received. 

Based on eBay  Return Policy: 

• When returning an item, please make sure to provide us with a tracking number as soon as it is available 
• Refund or Exchange as agreed will be processed within 2 Business Days. 
• In case of a refund, you will be receiving a cancellation request that you are required to approve.
