This is a first edition, 14th printing of Anne of Green Gables. This book has seen better days, please refer to pictures closely and feel free to shoot me any questions!

There is significant shelfwear and bumping, and while the spine is still held together it is loose. It can be read without further damage being done, I’d just treat it with extra care. There is a long pen mark on the outside of the spine.

There are signs of damp staining and spotting (please see pictures). A handful of pages have words underlined in pencil and pen, though not many.

Appears as though something was spilled on the first page of the first chapter. The outter edges of the pages are stained as well, most notably the top.

Again, please refer to pictures carefully re: condition.
