Unique translucent base allows light to illuminate the pearlescent shimmers and micro-fine glitters in our gossamer-light hybrid cream/powder base creating a hyper-lustrous, glistening effect with a barely-there feel.  Use alone or layer over your favourite Heaven’s Hue Highlighter shades for an amped up sheen. For added sparkle, tap onto lip colour for a dazzling effect!
