On May-10-24 at 09:14:10 PDT, seller added the following information:PLEASE NOTE: A helpful collector advised me that for the apparatus to be complete, there is a brass tube which came with the
unit: above to help keep the tobacco in the cigarette wrapper. The tube is placed on that little nub in the hollow part of the device. It’s used to keep the tobacco in the cigarette wrapper. The missing tube is not included! My apologies for any confusion. I had not seen the tube in any of my web searches, and this is a piece of apparatus which I purchased many years ago as part of a larger collection.
