2.   Only to your U.S. Ebay Address on file

3.   Items under $20; “Ebay Standard Shipping”

a.   #10 business envelope (no padding)

b.   Limited tracking

4.   Items over $20; USPS First Class Mail

a.   Bubble mailer

b.   Full USPS tracking

c.   Signature confirmation over $250

Combined Shipping?

1.   Yes, wait for an invoice before paying

2.   Combined shipping does not mean simply the shipping cost of the highest priced item.  The combined weight or packaging might dictate a higher shipping cost.  I promise to be reasonable though.

Returns:
