Rare Vintage BELL 500TX MOTORCYCLE HELMET.   This early Bell is stamped (in two places) on the inner shell (rare version).  Comes with a BELL “FLIP-UP” BUBBLE SHIELD in okay condition.  It has some scuffs/scratches.  The helmet looks to be in good/okay vintage condition with normal wear from use/age.   It has some scuffs, scratches, dirty marks and dings/chips in the paint, etc. (see pics).  The helmet is Gray with a silver BELL label/sticker on front (no sticker on back).  It has a button chin strap in good/decent condition.  The inside lining/padding does have deterioration from age so will need to be replaced if using this (leaving this up to buyer).  The inside has a white Snell - San Francisco Sticker, a yellow Bell-Toptex - Bell, Calif. Sticker, and two size Stickers marked “6-7/8” and “7”.  There is also two stamps on the inside foam that both say “BELL 500TX 6 ‘61” which dates it to June 1961.  Also written in pen is “M” for size Medium.   Don’t miss out on this rare find!  We did a quick wipe down but this can be cleaned up to look even better.  SOLD AS IS.  SEE PICTURES (actual item) for DETAILS.
