Jaguar Mk2 Mark 2 / Daimler V8 250 Original Metal Toolkit Tool Tray Kit Toolbox

This original metal toolkit is made from metal with a wooden base, and is part of a massive clear out of Jaguar Mk2 / Daimler parts my dad has amassed over the years from his time buying & restoring these cars, sadly due to his passing we are now selling this and many other parts from these cars.

The tool kit is from a Jaguar Mk 2, this kit will also fit the Daimler 250 V8 (apart from the spanners are marked Jaguar not Daimler though sizes are the same) and my father seems to think will also fit other Jaguar Models - Mk1 Jaguar, E-Type Jaguar and the S-Type Jaguar and possibly Daimler SP250 etc, hopefully from the pictures that will help someone distinguish fitment for their car.

The Toolkit is incomplete but has the following tools that are are listed below:

1 x Jaguar Branded (Garrington) AF Dual Size Spanners which is 7/16 AF X 1/2 AF Size

1 x Original King Dick Ratchet Jack Handle

1 x Felo Reversible Flip Screwdriver

1 x Chrome Tyre Pressure Gauge (similar to dunlop version)

1 X Tecalemit Cat No. GC3020 Grease Gun (does have dent in body - see close up pic)

The toolbox is in solid condition though will require some refurbishment, it has been painted white and looks like possibly previously blue whereas it should be black, the foam on the inside of the lid does have overspray on it, so would possibly require replacement, the black flock is in good order and still has some of its original pads on the flock where the tools sit, though someone has put some screws through it to keep it secure to the base rather than glued as it would of been originally, the hinge and catch operate fine, the tools do show signs of surface rust, pitting & wear as they are used items so please bear this in mind. 

A fantastic opportunity to acquire an original Jaguar metal toolkit which is are hard to find these days.
