This bank note (consecutive to the one I have listed after this) was withdrawn by my father from a bank in the mid 1980's as I understand.  It is an error pressing with the William Shakespeare art work completely missing to the one side. 
The note has some faint vertical creases and two small holes to the top left hand corner of the queen side (photo 3).  These look like staple holes which I assume were done at the bank, they were certainly not done by my father.  The note is nice and clean and has been housed in a plastic wallet since being withdrawn.
