Our postal costs are the best we can offer. All prices are outlined on the couriers' website (Hermes), there is nothing I can do to reduce them. If you find a cheaper quote elsewhere, and would like your courier to collect on your behalf, do feel free to arrange it yourself; you will save yourself 13.5% of the postal costs going into eBay's pocket, and on the insurance if you wish to take the risk. In theory, I won't have to charge you £13.50 for a £10 postal cost. You are also welcome to collect for free.

| Dispatch Times | We dispatch all goods on the day payment is received. If you experience a delay, 9 out of 10 it is outside my control, however, I can investigate with the courier. If there is a public holiday, or I am on holiday, please understand dispatch will occur after the holiday period has ended; I always turn on my out of office when on holiday, so eBay should tell you when making the purchase. |

| Item Not Received | All items are dispatched with a tracking number, regardless of size. I'll attach the tracking number to every sale via eBay, if you have not received your item, please check the tracking information and then contact me. I will then be able to investigate its location and escalate to the courier if needed. |
| Damages/Returns | Please review each listing on its return policy, some listings are non-returnable. If you are unsure, please contact me, so I can clarify. If you have received a damaged item, please record all evidence and notify me within 24 hours of receipt; I will escalate a claim to the courier. |
| Collection | If collecting, cash on collection is required due to a few dishonest people with PayPal claims, stating they had not received their item. Any handover is done on CCTV, which also records audio; be warned. |
| Purchased in Error | PayPal has changed its policy and is keeping all fees regardless whether we refund you or not. Should you wish to cancel the transaction and paid via PayPal, we will deduct these fees from your refund, plus eBay's commission. I know this is unfair and unmoral, but unfortunately these big companies don't play fair and everyone wishes to use them. An example of this condition is if we say an item is collection only, and the buyer purchases without due care. If you pay via credit/debit card, eBay will refund you and myself in full, therefore you will get a 100% refund :-) |

| Viewings | We always recommend and encourage the potential buyer to view the goods prior to bidding/purchasing. Viewing is normally available 7 days a week, but please give me as much notice as possible. I work long hours (60 to 80hrs per week), and throughout the UK, so I may not be available on the day you wish to view.
