Napco Vintage Collectible Decorative Mini Shoe.  This pink, white and blue girl's slipper is in good vintage condition, no cracks or crazing but there are some chips along the top as can be seen in my pictures.  This is a fairly uncommon piece and has its original Napco label.  Please see my photos - they are part of the description - and feel free to ask questions.
