I have sold many high value Items and received very positive feedback, Unfortunately, recently, I had received 2 -ve feedbacks and they were both buyer who asked to return due to remorse/ change of mind but there was no error on my part. Both agreed to pay for original postage and then went back on the agreement. One return with the new shoe box damaged and I had no way of claiming damage.

I am a private seller and have no return policy. In acceptable cases, I will accept return if buyer pay for the original and return postage; otherwise i am out of pocket. Hope any potential buyer understand my position and situation.
