I have a very nice Vito sax for sale!  I don't play but I will do my best to describe it.  All the keys move smoothly and all the pads appear to be intact.  The inside of the horn is extremely clean.  There are some scratches and minor dings here and there.  It doesn't look like it was played much because of how clean it is inside.  The plastic mouthpiece looks like it was filed flat on the top but otherwise intact.  The body is marked Vito and Japan with the serial number 079417.  I don't know enough to say weather this was made by Yamaha or not.  The case shows some wear but is still in very usable condition.  I am selling it as is with no returns since I don't know much about saxophones.  Enlarge the pictures and take a close look!
