This is a phone device plan NOT a tablet or wifi device plan.

We activate your sim card not Verizon and if the sim is activated by 
anyone else other than us we will not send you a refund.

Once your sim is received send us an eBay message with device IMEI number,
sim card number and zip code you would like to request. Area codes
are automatically assigned when activating the sim card, we have no control
over area code assignment.

There are no returns once your sim card has been activated.

If you would like for us to activate your unused Verizon sim card, please contact us
with the information required and we will activate your card within 24 hours

Sim card has to be activated by us within 30 days of purchase to receive your purchased plan.
