Figure is actually new. Was opened for video review I just did on my YouTube channel. Was a grail of mine and thrilled to finally get it but it absolutely goes with nothing else that I own. Figure is perfect in every way. Rocket boots have never been put on the figure also belt paint is perfect and glossy. Batteries have been replaced. Comes with brown shipper.
