Both correctly Named to.......'P-5370....L.CPL.F.G.EVANS. M.M.R'.
Unfortunately,L-Cpl's Evans' Service Records don't appear to have survived.However,the Medal Roll,confirms He served in France from 15th April 1917 to 11th November 1918.The BWM and VM listed here,were his sole entitlement.
Both Medals are in good condition.Both appear to have been polished in the past and the VM has isolated vertigris spots.There are light contact marks to their edges.Both are mounted on a period bar,with their original,long silk ribbons.
To a very collectable unit.A interesting research project.
