Unwanted Returns:

In the event that an item is just as described in the listing but is unwanted, the product return will be subject to a 20% restocking fee less return delivery cost.

* Must be approved before returning.

* Merchandise must be in the unused condition only.

* If item is opened, then a 50% restocking fee will be charged, opposed to 20%, less return delivery cost.

* The shipping cost to return falls solely on the customer under this circumstance.

Refused Delivery:

Returns falling under this category will be treated as "Unwanted Returns", and consequently will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

* The customer will also be responsible for the return shipping cost incurred by the action of refusing the delivery.

* Consequently, a refund will be issued less 20% restocking fee of the value of the merchandise and less shipping and handling fees both ways once the item returns back to the warehouse.

* If the listing included shipping, a refund will be issued less 20% restocking fee of the merchandise and less shipping and handling for the return only due to the shipping being paid for one way already.

Returns after 30 days:

In cases of late returns, If the return has been received to our warehouse after 30 days from the original day of the receipt of the merchandise, it will be sent back to the customer and no refund issued.

Damaged Items:

Please note that in the case of damage to an item during shipping we as the shipper are required to file a damage claim with the carrier, and proceed according to carrier regulations prior to being able to issue any exchange or refund.

In the case that a package arrives damaged I must be notified within 5 days of the date of delivery.

* ALL ORIGINAL PACKAGING MUST BE KEPT INTACT BY THE CUSTOMER IN ORDER FOR A CARRIER CLAIM AND INSPECTION TO BE INITIATED BY US ONCE WE ARE NOTIFIED OF THE DAMAGE TO YOUR SHIPMENT, THIS INCLUDES THE ORIGINAL SHIPPING BOX WHICH CONTAINS THE CARRIERS LABEL AND TRACKING NUMBER.

* In the case that an approved return arrives to us damaged that was shipped to us at the customers expense arrives damaged, the customer themselves as the shipper in this case will be responsible for filing a claim with the shipping carrier. We will hold the returned unit for the carrier inspection which must be scheduled by the customer for up to 14 days after delivery.

* If no inspection is scheduled, no refund will be issued and the customer can choose to pay shipping to have it returned, or just forego shipment back to them, AND NO REFUND WILL BE ISSUED & ITEM WILL NOT BE SHIPPED BACK TO THEM.

* Once a damage pick up is scheduled by us most carriers will make 3 attempts to retrieve the damaged package from the customer's location for the inspection. It is imperative that the customer has the item ready for the carrier pick up the next day after the damage pick up is scheduled as this is when the first retrieval attempt will be made.

* IF THE ITEM ISN’T PREPARED FOR THE CARRIER PICKUP & SENT BACK, THIS FINALIZES THE SALE & NO REFUND OR EXCHANGE WILL BE ISSUED & THE CUSTOMER RETAINS THE ITEM.

* Please note that only the shipper is able to file a claim and you are not able to file a claim with the carrier directly as we are the shipper, and you must make sure to notify us of any damage to an item within the above stated time frames.

* An exchange, credit or refund will be issued once the carrier claim is approved.

* Please note that a Damage Claim will normally take a minimum of 14 business days to be processed by the carrier.


Important Notice:

In the case of a return without prior authorization, the item in question will either be shipped back to the customer at their expense, or at the customer's request I may elect to accept the item back with a restocking fee of 50% of the total merchandise value


All shipping and handling fees are non-refundable with an exception where the wrong item was sent to the customer.

* In this case, the customer must contact me to obtain a return label.

* Once item is returned back to the warehouse a correct replacement unit will be shipped out if it was indeed the wrong item, if it was the correct item, then a 50% refund of the original purchase price.

* I must be informed of incorrect merchandise within 3 days of the delivery.

* In addition the incorrect item must remain in its complete original condition, be unused, and at the point of return, contain all of the items originally included in the shipment pertaining to all accessories protective coverings and packing materials.

* Unwanted items will be subject to a restocking fee of 20% and must be in their original condition and appear unused. All protective covering and accessories must also be included in the original packaging and be in original condition never having been removed.
