Adorable vintage 2004 teddy bear from Manhattan Baby (Manhattan Toy Company).

The teddy has a bib with a heart emblem and a beanie bottom.

PLEASE NOTE: The teddy bear is actually a very pale yellow, which doesn't show up in the photos.
