Offered is an elegant, swan shaped open candy dish made by Duncan & Miller Glass Company from about 1948 through the early 1960s. The body of the swan is a nice, dark green while the neck and head are an applied clear glass. The dish was issued as a candy dish, but makes a nice trinket or nut dish and is pretty just for display.

Duncan & Miller Glass started business in Pennsylvania in 1865 and continued there until it ceased production in 1980.
