I have tested and operated this radio with the accessories shown here. I replaced the internal coin cell battery so this radio DOES NOT HAVE the dreaded "ER-1" error code. This is a great radio with a solid form factor that sounds great, is easy to program, and gets you on the air!

This radio made great contacts in simplex mode and when programmed with CTCSS tones for repeaters.

This radio can be used as a receiver for amateur radio “ham radio” (144-148 MHz) without a license. That said, this radio requires an FCC Amateur Radio (ham radio) license of at least a Technician class to transmit on the 2 meter band. (This radio will only let you transmit on amateur radio frequency range.)

Condition & Returns

Items are tested and demonstrated to the best of my abilities, and will be noted in listings. I always like to know what I'm getting and I look to be as thorough as possible for my buyers. I've been an eBayer since 2001, when I list something I've likely put some time into testing and cleaning it up so you won't have to.

Shipping

My items are shipped from zip code 46614, normally small items are shipped within 3 business days or of payment receipt, larger items may take additional handling time. I don't charge handling fees. Delivery confirmation and/or tracking information will be sent (if provided in chosen shipping method) once items are shipped.

Combined Shipping

Because the parts & items I usually list vary greatly in size and weight, there is no automatic combined shipping calculation. When you purchase multiple items in multiple auctions or sales, if requested I will send an invoice for the total with combined shipping. Thanks!
