Custom steel track frame set. Filled brazed. Tange Prestige tubing. This frameset was made in the late 90's by a custom frame builder here in San Diego. The name on the downtube is not representative of the builder. It is fillet brazed with Tange light gauge Prestige tubing.  Stops were added for a rear brake and water bottle braze attachments were added to the seat & down tube. Front fork will accept a brake. Original fork (not painted) is included as a spare.  It is threaded and will not accept a brake.
