Unit is intact and in good overall shape. It has been tested and turns on, but requires plugging into computer to restore iTunes. It may require other updates. It will not include any chargers nor accessories. The sides are bulging a little, possibly from dropping or other wear. There may be some other wear on item including light scratches, marks, or other surface blemishes. Please view images carefully for reference.
