December 19, 1969.  The magazine is in good condition.  It does have some watermarks on the bottom of a few of the pages and some tanning on the edges of inside pages.  No tears or folds.  There is a slight smell from storage.  Photos are part of the description.  Please ask questions before bidding and thanks for shopping Ebay.
