I do not find much about it online in my searches. Based on the instructions and the packaging, this appears to be a game similar to Monopoly. It is based on the city of Aspen, Colorado. Hunter S. Thompson lived nearby and once ran for Mayor. He was narrowly defeated and referred to the town as 'Fat City'. Aspen was a hopping place in the 1980s.This was probably one of just a very few versions of this game ever produced. 

The original box is a bit discolored in a few places. There are a few creases on the bottom and there are signs of light wear for a box of its age. The contents such as the playing materials and game board are perfect, perhaps unused. The game is certainly in playable condition and clean. Please look at my feedback and bid with confidence. I ship fast and cheap! Look at all of the pictures and ask questions if necessary.

This would also make a great decoration at a bar or restaurant. This would also be a cool piece to frame. A creative local could let their mind wander and come up with something very cool I'm sure. Decoupage projects etc. Check out my other auctions to save even more on shipping.
