I believe this to be a Disney Fun Barbie from 1980s. She has always worn this Disney jumper.
The doll has clicking legs, bent arms, see photos. She has a neck split to front of neck hole and her pink neck knob needs reattaching.
She needs cleaning and her hair has lots of curl but needs sorting out and restyling.
