This Edison Blue Amberol cylinder of the #3458 Uncle Tom’s Cabin – A Dream Picture comes with an intact box sleeve, there is not a lid for the box. The cylinder is in very good condition, no visible scratches, scuffs, or damage. The box sleeve is in fair condition for a 100+ year old item (may or may not be the original sleeve), but it is delicate.

The recording, which runs approximately 4 minutes & 14 seconds, features a lovely performance by the Edison Concert Band that ends with a spirited instrumental sampling of Look Away Dixie Land. The composer was Jens Bodewalt Lampe, a Danish-born American composer, performer, and band leader of ragtime and syncopated dance music (according to wikipedia).
