As this is an estate item we have limited to no knowledge of items past history. 

As past history is unknown, all unsealed items not in original packaging are sold as used/pre-owned.

These items have not be altered, fixed, repaired, restored, deeply cleaned, etc while in our possession.

Item does contain some cosmetic wear to include marks, scratches, etc. due to age/storage/use.

Console is in good working condition.  Console does come with charger.  Charger is aftermarket and not OEM to Nintendo.

PLEASE NOTE:  Screen does seem to have some yellowing/discoloration around the edges and inward.  On the top screen, top right corner there is a present white color (dead pixels?) that seems to remain during various screens.  Please view all listing photos.  Photos are an accurate depiction of items condition.
