We have a 24 hour return or refund policy. The 24 hour starts the time it was delivered. Will need a pic of the dead plant. Hey it happens! These are difficult to ship.

Now for some key bullet points:

+ double check your address. I cannot edit an address once the order has been placed. It is happening every day right now.

+ Understand that these plants are very fragile, and the first set of leaves typically will fall off, no matter what. They are very dainty, because they are grown under a shade cloth.

+ I recommend using a 1 gallon pot, and when you receive your plants use a good potting mix and keep in shade while  slowly acclimating them to sun.

+ You may get an alert that your package has been delivered and you do not see it or find it anywhere. This has been happening a lot lately with the USPS. it usually comes the following day. If you have any questions ask your driver when you see him or her.

+ if there is an issue with your order for any reason, reach out to me and I will make it right. There’s no reason to leave negative feedback and not give me an opportunity to correct an issue. I’m available every day all day just send me a message.
