This auction is for a BDV postcard sized silk cigarette card of the pictured design of a The Roumanian Flag (Roumania, Romania).  I am given to understand that this is from the 1930's and measures approximately 163mm wide x 111mm high.

The silk is generally in very good condition with some minor fraying on the edges of it.  The are some marks on the flag which help give it the impression of it fluttering which can appear a little grubby due to the age of the silk.  There are also some feint marks where it has been stored folded in the past.  There is some discoloration spots to the left of the flag staff.  In addition to this, there is some very minor discoloration on the back of the silk but this does not show through to the front.
