This is a plushie pendant of Sweet Dreams Bear in a stewardess hat and scarf. She has a 2D piece of felt luggage in her hand, which is slightly creased.

She's about 6 inches tall. See picture with soda can for scale. (Soda not included. ;) ) She has a metal keyring chain attached to the top of her head, but it would be easy to remove if you wanted her to be a 'regular' plushie.

Her head is posed to be looking to the left, maybe saying goodbye to someone as she boards his plane. :)
