Most short rolls will not include core and are air wound in lab setting. But cores can be included ay buyer's request with not additional fee.
Unfortunately, there have been way too many fraudulent bids lately. Buyers who bid on items from fraud accounts are preventing legit buyers from fairly winning items. Sale will be cancelled if buyer doesn't pay within 24 hours.
