Excellent condition, these were used on a Salsa Marrakesh with approx. 40mm wide tires and worked great.  They show signs of use but were ridden only about 1000 miles total.  Comes with hardware shown.  Please see pictures as there are some light scuffs from use but everything is straight and ready to mount.  19-24
