Pratt & Whitney 1830 Radial Aircraft Engine Baffle

One NOS condition radial aircraft engine baffle for the 1830 series Twin Wasp.

Part number is B27462 Application is 1830 Twin Wasp. I suspect these were for -43 or -65  B-24 Liberator engines or perhaps -90--92 or -94 C-47 engines.  We bought a bunch of them years ago to pretty up some B-24 Liberator engines. WWII production and warehouse stored as new.

The Pratt & Whitney R-1830 Twin Wasp is an American air-cooled radial aircraft engine. It displaces 1,830 cu in (30.0 L) and its bore and stroke are both 5.5 in (140 mm). The design traces its history to 1929 experiments at Pratt & Whitney on twin-row designs. Production began in 1932 and it was widely used during the 1930s.

You can spend time and effort cleaning old engine baffles or install new old stock. Your choice. Can't do better than a 80-year-old new part.  A little dust from storage, but no grease, oil or wear marks here!
