To clarify shipping and handling cost. I will combine S/H cost based on the following:

Flat fee S/H cost are 1.00 by USA postage stamps for up to 1 OZ and $1.30 for up to 2 OZ etc. within the USA. All items are shipped by first class mail with NO tracking number in plain envelope. Sales tax will be charged were applicable.

To all International countries I will combine shipping cost as follows: S/H is $1.98 by USA postage stamps for up to 1 oz. no problem but over 1 oz. I would have to check with the post office to confirm cost based on weight and destination so this would delay shipping time till I can get back to post office to confirm cost and then send you an updated invoice at that point. Ships via First Class Mail International Letter Envelope with NO tracking info.

AT TIMES I MAY HAVE AUCTIONS GOING FOR BOTH STAMPS AND COINS. I WILL NOT COMBINE THEM IN ONE ENVELOPE.THEY WOULD BE SHIPPED IN SEPARATE ENVELOPES AND CHARGED A SEPARATE S/H COST AS DESCRIBED IN AUCTIONS.
