Bag and cooler are in very good condition.  The pump compartment (originally designed for the Medela 'Pump in Style' pump) has a stain (likely from friction of the metal casing of the original device), but otherwise the bag is in great shape.

Bottles, and bottle lids are fair/good condition.

Pipecleaner is new in original packaging.
