Technically the condition is "pre-owned", however the vinyl is mint. The sleeve is good. The jacket is Excellent with the original plastic wrapping. The gatefold has never been opened. Please see pics for details. The record may have been played 1-2x if that. I am not a record grader. This is not a yard sale re-sell.
