I really can't believe this Coca Cola belt buckle exists, but I'm very glad it does; what a fabulous thing! I've learned that it was produced  as promotional item for the 1915 Trans-Pan Exposition in San Francisco.-- evidently before the company had begun cultivating its wholesome image. And it's cigar cutter, too. I love how Russian icon-esque this nun/Madonna looks when the buckle is closed, and then what a terrific, very modern feeling nude who emerges, looking like counterculture herself.

3 13/16" x 2 1/2" closed; 6 1/16" t when pulled open. Great condition with a great warm patina.
