Very nice Halloween decor from GUND Hocus Pocus line #88173 "Magic".

This is a Rare find. Just doing s search by barcode or product number there is limited information.

This black Halloween kitty is 9" tall and is meant to be hung where he will meow and vibrate to shake his streamers. Runs on double a batteries which you can access on the underside.

He's in good condition with original tag, but his streamers do show fraying. Please see pictures to view the condition.
