Original Xbox Disc Drive Thomson TGM600

Comes from an Original Xbox made in 2001 who was opened once by myself. The DVD tray works without any problem. It can't read games and DVDs. It's in good condition and the laser doesn't seem to be the issue (could be the capacitors that needs to be changed or you could just change the PCB).

No error messages are displayed.

One of the screw on the PCB is a bit damaged. If you have the right tools, you can remove it (can't be seen in the pictures) feel free to message me about this if you're interested.
