CONDITION:  HIGH GRADE TAPE celluloid design has slight scuffs, no cracks, bright colors. NOT faded, spring wound tape pulls in and out perfectly,  no damage , no problems, must have been in storage forever

These were made as souvenirs & usually called sewing tape measures as the measuring tape is cloth material
