Lamp is in excellent condition. Precision lamp for optical devices. Doesn't appear to have been used. Lamp is 120V 750W clear top. Has over spray on outside of lamp, see photos. Original box has wear. Made in USA. Lamp is 5-1/2" long and 1-1/2" in diameter.
