BOTH CARS HAVE BEEN TESTED WITH A 9-V BATTERY AND ARE WORKING. PACKAGING INCLUDED BUT NOT NEW. HARDEE'S CAR NEEDS NEW FRONT TIRES. THE CHROME BUICK REGAL HAS SOME FLAWS ON THE FRONT TIRES AS WELL. PLEASE SEE ALL PICTURES FOR CONDITION AND ANY FLAWS.
