- TODDLERS' DRESS, PINAFORE AND PANTALOONS: High-waisted pullover dress with buttoned back opening has peter pan collar, circle skirt with ruffle and short puffed sleeves with elastic at lower edge. Eyelet lace and rick rack or other trim. Pinafore with buttoned back opening has scoop neckline, shoulder ruffles, circle skirt and is trimmed with eyelet lace, beading and ribbon, and rick rack or other trim. Satin ribbon waist tie. Pantaloons have elastic in waistline casing and eyelet and rick rack or other trim.
