This is a well-made, if unusual, cross-body bag. It is made of recycled bicycle inner tubes.  It is bound to be a conversation piece.  Note that the shoulder strap is seat belt material and the buckle is the old fashioned seat belt type, adjustable buckle (made of plastic).
