Rare Antique George III Mother of Pearl Hafted Silver Folding Fruit Fork.  

The mother of pearl handle is decorated with floral panels and has an oblong plate to the centre of the handle. There is a diagonally engraved solid silver spine along the edge of the piece.

The piece dates to around 1800.
