This is a lapel pin awarded to a female government employee of Miami-Dade County Florida for 20 years of service.

It is 10k gold filled, die struck, and crafted in the style of Art Deco as is common in Miami. It also features the Official Seal of Miami-Dade County with the inscription: Metropolitan Dade County Florida.The contrasting rectangular bar sits lower than the seal and has a frosted gold surface.

The Pin Face Measures approx. ¾" X ½" including the stick portion it measues 2 1/2"

Back of the pin is stamped with:

Spring is working on the locking slide to secure the pin we did not clean the item.

There are 3 round faceted red gemstones mounted each in a 4-prong settings, recessed, with open backs. The stones are approximately 2.5mm and have the appearance of genuine Rubies but we cannot verify this.
