This is an open box item that is near complete. I inventoried the set myself. All packaging materials and Lego parts are 100% complete to original with some shelf wear visible on the outer box. The original $51.99 retail price from KB Toys is still visible on the attached price tag.

The Instruction manual is pristine. The only missing piece in this set is the outer cover of the Lego set catalog that was included in the box.

The part out value of this entire set individually is over $400 on BrickLink due to the rarity of several of the hinge parts and the old battery box and Lego motors. This is a wonderful find for anyone looking for a Vintage Lego set from the 80s. Thanks for looking!!
