Here is a working Asus ATX socket 1366 motherboard: the P6X58D-E, with a 6-core 2.8 GHz Xeon X5660 PU, a CPU cooler, and six identical Kingston 2GB DDR3 ECC DIMMs (12GB total).   I do NOT include the I/O shield, any cables, manual or software.

I have tested this motherboard successfully with three CPUs and have seen it boot from a USB flash drive and from a SATA SSD with Windows 10.  Drivers updated quickly through the ethernet port.
