One of the ' Main & Exclusive ' Official GDM Tour Shirts ! made for & sold on the Grateful Dead 1994 Summer Tour !!!
" Steal Your Face ! " - Featuring Mother Sun !! & Father Crescent Moon !!! ... Wow !!!!!

Grateful Dead Fans !!!  Offered here is a very-special Dead Shirt, in that it was one of the few shirts designed to represent the " 1994 Grateful Dead Summer Tour " !  In the Ultra-Rare ' Solid ' Color Grey ! - versus the more common version of this amazing Shirt design - in Tie Dye.  It was designed prior to the '94 Summer Tour, along with a few others - some tie-dyes, and some not - and it was sold throughout the entire '94 Summer Tour while supplies & sizes lasted.  The great part, is that this one was an official GDM shirt sold to represent the ' Whole ' Tour.  It is a Beautiful & Bold circular-esque dye pattern, with some truly striking color combinations.  Its essence is straight to the point ... " Grateful Dead Summer Tour '94 " with a Steal Your Face ! image on the front featuring a Lightning-Bolt ! division between the Sun & the Moon !!  And on the backside, there is a Wise Old Man " Moon " image that surrounds the '94 !  There were just a few Incredible ! Shirt designs for this 1994 Tour, and this is indeed one of them.  Plus, in a lot of ways - this shirt also represents the grand finale ' complete ' touring year for the band, as '95 was only a touring-year that included Winter, Spring & Summer.  And what a late-tour this was, with many still moments of magic at a number of the dates & runs.  The California-Kickoff happened at our beloved Cal Expo, followed by a monumental " return " to Seattle ! Then ... 3-Triumphant Nights at Eugene's Might Autzen Stadium - Home of the Ducks ! -- where this Shirt was purchased ... at the GDM Merchandise Stand - inside Mighty Autzen !!  The west coast leg then wrapped-up with a fine 3-night Pre-July 4th stand - " Dead at the Dump " Style at Shoreline ( where a Music > Sugaree > Music happened ! - 1st since 1982 !! ).  Then it was off back-east with a rare Vermont appearance at Highgate.  From there, the Nation's Capital was treated to 2 at Good Ol' R.F.K. !!  And from there, the Band was fortunate enough to book a 3-night run at Deer Creek - quite possibly everyone's east of the Mississippi's favorite amphitheatre venue !  Then, up north to the Windy-City for 2 at Mighty-Soldiers Field !  Followed by two rare appearances in Missou, at the Riverport !!  Then, one last/final trip to Good Ol' Buckeye Lake where the local convenience store sign would always read " Welcome Deadheads - Munchies Galore ! ".  Then it was time for the bookends of " Chicago - New York - Detroit, it's all on the Same Street ... ", with 2 at the Palace in Auburn Hills, followed up by 2 more at the giant " Giants Stadium " !!  Fortunately, the ' overall ' tour vs. city/venue problems were still kept to an overall minimum, and this tour was viewed ( looking back ) as an indeed successful one.  1995, not so much the case - as we all know.  Personally, I had no idea this would be the last time I would ever see the sun-shine & the music-fill-the-air in Summer Tour style just two-weeks apart between the Autzen & Shoreline runs ... which to this day, still remain two of my favorite places on Earth - neither, to ever be the same without our beloved Grateful Dead !  So, I guess at least to me ... all of these very-fine memories is what this awesome shirt represents.  Enjoy !!!!!
