This early 20's or 30's lady's wrist watch does not connect to Bluetooth or tell you your heart rate.

  It's just a lovely blue enamel on chrome, with a gem winding stem. 

  I can move the hands, but it does not tick.   

I also cannot read the brand name on the face, but it does say "Swiss" on the bottom.
