Here is a used Be Quiet Dark Rock 4 CPU cooler which I just pulled from a system with an Intel Core i7 6700. 

Be Quiet states that this is adequate for cooling processors that draw up to 200W TDP or less.  This cooler uses six copper heatpipes, a large radiator and an almost silent 135mm fan that is rated at only 21.4dB.   I include the mounting bracket that fits the four holes in an Intel socket 1156, 1155 1150, 1151, 1200, 1700, 2011 (-3), or 2066. I do not have the AMD mounting bracket which originally came with this.
